TheFotoAR ("we", "us") turns your photos into scannable AR experiences. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account info - your email and password (or your Google/Facebook sign-in).
• Your content - the photos and videos you upload to create an AR card.
• Payment info - handled entirely by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To create and host your AR card, generate your QR code, process your payment, and send you order-related emails. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Storage & hosting

Your uploaded photos, videos, and AR card stay hosted for as long as your plan is active (see the plan durations on our Pricing page). We may remove hosted content after your plan expires.

Third parties

We share only what's needed to run the service - your payment details with our payment gateway, and your uploaded files with our cloud hosting provider.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party ad-tracking cookies.

Your rights

Email us to request a copy of your data or to have it deleted. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time - the date above will reflect the latest change.
