By using TheFotoAR, you agree to these terms.

The service

TheFotoAR turns a photo into an AR experience: scan the QR code we generate, and a video you chose plays over the photo. It's a fully digital service - no physical product is shipped to you.

Your account

Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for the content you upload, and for making sure you have the rights to use it.

Orders & payment

Plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, priced as shown at checkout and processed securely through our payment gateway.

Hosted access

Each plan includes a fixed hosting period and photo/scan allowance (shown on our Pricing page). Your AR card stays live until your plan expires - you can renew or upgrade any time from your dashboard.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't own the rights to, or anything illegal, hateful, or infringing. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms - continuing to use TheFotoAR after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
