Refund & Service Policy

Digital service, no shipping

TheFotoAR is a fully digital service - there's no physical product, so nothing is shipped. Your AR card and QR code are generated and hosted online as soon as your payment is confirmed and your photo/video are uploaded.

Delivery timeline

Your QR code and AR experience are ready within minutes of a successful payment and upload. Free trial cards are available instantly.

Refund eligibility

• Full refund if we fail to deliver a working AR card/QR code due to a fault on our end.
• No refund once your AR card has been successfully generated and your QR code delivered - the service is considered fulfilled at that point, same as with other digital goods. We don't offer refunds for a change of mind.

Something not working?

If your card isn't scanning or playing correctly, contact us first - we'll fix it. A refund is only considered if we're not able to resolve the issue.

How to request a refund

Email us with your order details within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
